Im not eaven sure what that means because im high but u can tell you use plastic ones because stainless steel is cold as my ex wife yet not as stainless as described. .check your warranty before asking for store credit. O and i found a pubic hair on my ladel does not mean i tryed it before i brought it just 'test drived' for comfort.
