The ones on the first few pages of the hot list. You can also go to the top users list click on people's names to see their memes. The users at the top almost always comment back if you comment on their memes, especially the newest ones.

Also comment on any memes you find funny. I visit the latest pages often. You have to scroll through a lot of garbage, but you find some good stuff that new users do also.
