Sorry, hit post too soon. Here's the URL for one of them:/wikipedia/en/thumb/2/2d/Yosemite_Sam.svg/640px-Yosemite_Sam.svg.png. and another good one.http://www.clipartkid.com/images/370/yosemite-sam-by-lotusbandicoot-on-deviantart-GugnID-clipart.png
A transparent PNG or GIF will have a gray and white checkerboard background. It may take a moment or two for that white background to change.
Say you come across the perfect picture, but it's got a solid background, like the pic you used in your meme. I'll assume you don't have the graphic software to make your own transparent images. Easy enough to fix.
Go to Lunapic, an online graphics program. Upload your current Yosemite Sam pic. Select Edit from the Lunapic menu. Select transparent. It will take you to the edit page for that. It will prompt you to select the color you want transparent. Just click on the white background and it will take you to that the next step, how much variation do you want in the shade of white. Default is 5%. Until you get used to it, leave it there. Hit the apply button and you're ready to go. As soon as the adjusted picture is done, open the Lunapic menu, select file and save. You'll be taken to a page with assorted file types. Save in the PNG format. Once the save is done, go to menu, file, close file. It will prompt you to be sure you want to close the file. Click on that button
