Try to find it. Seriously, it seems like when it comes to tax payers dollars a contractor takes forever, and the project is over budget. But when it's a private project there's a contract and the construction is done on time.
Lol. Around here they're in the process of reconstructing a highway. The chosen contractor is running over budget and behind schedule. And if that's not bad enough they put in the wrong guard rails and light fixtures. So they have to be removed and reinstalled, all by the same crew. An those guys are the ones who are going to put in the new equipment. So they actually got rewarded for being lazy and stupid.
