Been there. Had an inlaw tell me that people who do the grunt work (i.e. cleaning up after all the slobs in the mall after closing) don't deserve to make a living wage. I believe that all who go to work every day should be able to at least pay for their basic living costs, because they're there working their asses off so someone else can get rich.
Having recently retired, when I catch up the crew who are still working, it's still the same old, same old. We do take ourselves a bit too seriously sometimes!
A DRINK TO ALL THE HARD WORKING LABOURERS AND AND GRAFTERS OUT THERE... WHO HAVE TO LISTEN TO THEIR PARTNERS WITH DESK JOBS SAY HOW "TOUGH" THEIR DAY WAS.
