I'll be honest upfront, I don't see it getting much support because a lot of us are old folks over 25. If you can get the support, bring it up in the theme forum. Have your friends chime in.
Where you'll have trouble with the older folks is that Undertale is a subgenre of a specific genre. IIRC. It's a video game that hasn't crossed over the generations much. I only know of one character, Sans, and all I know about him is that he's a fat skeleton and a real jerk. Do you want to have to explain each joke to the majority of users. It would be a way to bridge the generation gap. My granddaughter has tried to explain it to me, but I'm still clueless.
I recommend asking about a weekend to see how that goes over. The me theme stream members can help promote it, but it will be up to you to keep track, promote, comment and, most important, bring us old duffer's up to speed
