Return literature asking why they are ignoring vets from previous wars: Vietnam, Korea, WWII. Enough feedback may make them rethink their position, and that's an important step. Without the feedback, they'll continue on without a clue.

Oh I think they have a clue. They prey on older vets whose faculties aren't all there anymore. (my dad was at The Bay of Pigs, as well as serving through the end of the Korean Conflict and the early campaigns in Vietnam)

You got it. Best way to get them moving is, of course, sending them letters advising them of their neglect. Next, find a good letter writer that doesn't mind being a target, and have that person write letters to the editors of some of the major news papers and magazines. Not a single letter, but different ones. Each one, focus on a different topic. Use actual case histories when possible. Never diss our current wounded warriors, though, but shed the light on this rapidly shrinking group of vets who were ignored when they came home, it worse, despised. And there were many that were.
