they overbooked their flight and when no one took them up on their "generous" voucher offer to voluntarily give up their seat, they randomly selected people to get bumped because they had employees that needed seats. The guy you see being dragged said he was a doctor and had patients waiting at home the next morning, but they used force to extract him from the plane. The CEO then made a lame apology to the passengers who had to be "re-accomodated"
