Oh, he understands just fine. You see, he knows that when his daughter wears a bra that's a size too small, it makes her boobs appear bigger to her boyfriend, thus causing eventual intercourse. This in turn produces offspring to be raised as farmers and computer techs. Yes, he knows full well what he's doing. LOL
