lol that looks dangerous but is actually extremely safe. I was a third generation painting contractor for 20 years so I know of which I speak. As weight is put on the ladder, it can only force it against the wall and the ledge. There's literally no way it can slip. But I have seen some pretty dangerous setups with ladders.
