SETTING GOALS IS YOUR MAP TO SUCCESS EVERYWHERE! | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
Goal setting is your map to the leaderboard. It's also a key ingredient to success in any field. And the stakes are continually rising. Do you want the number one spot? Calculate how many points it will take to get there. Is it impossible? No, the current #1 holder had to climb the ladder to get there, just like everyone else. But you can't get to be number one until you get on the leaderboard first.

I recommend minor goals on the way there. This lets you know you're on track.

I recommend starting at what you already have by figuring your daily average. You can average out what you have done by the last week. Points for last week ÷ 7. You can also do it by the number of whole months you've been here. If you've been here 5 months and have 23,000 points, you average 4,600 points a month. Divide that by 30, and you average 153 points a day.

You get 40 points just for submitting a meme, so do your daily three, and that's 120 points right there. You only need 33 points to get your target average. If your three memes are any good, they'll get that and more. But say your memes suck. Only two or three views. What can you do? For starters, make better memes. We'll discuss that in a future lesson.

The next step is commenting on other memes. Find the good ones, and make a positive comment. Do not be nasty. That can lead to being downvoted and put in time out and not allowed to meme comment. A meme comment gets you four points for the first upvote and two points for additional upvotes, so make them smart and entertaining. And on topic. If possible, upvote and comment on 10 memes by others every day. If you reply, always try to upvote the person you're replying to. Failure to do so may result in your upvotes disappearing, of no upvotes at all.

I mentioned goal setting. We already know you average 4600 points a month, but add 5% to 10% to that. Now, your goal should be 4,830 points for the month. Thats only 8 more points a day. I'm in a comfort zone of 3,500 a day, but have a daily goal of 5,000. I'll reach it with memes and comments. You can, too.

This is where those algebra classes that you never thought you'd use come into play.

The important thing is that you have fun. But some people, myself included, like that feeling of accomplishment. Is getting harder to get on the leaderboard because every new person on there has to beat out a leaderboard members points. Low man on the totem pole is at 340K. Nobody's forcing you, but getting there isn't easy.

Some of my better memes won't even feature . They keep getting downvoted back to submitted by jealous trolls . That's way too serious !

Trolls or mods. Let me take a look.

The first thing you check is did it violate TOS. You were lucky on many that featured because of the no full nudity clause. One pube, one nipple, zap. Political? Left or right, it'll get zapped in a heartbeat. I'm not discounting trolls. When Raydog has a problem with them, it's a reality.

The best I can advise on this is to file a feedback form requesting a review. Don't expect an answer back, but it usually does something. One way I get around this is to post the URLs on either my own comments sections or figure an appropriate place to put then. Don't just do it Willy nilly. As the topic has come up here, this would be an appropriate spot.
