If you don't have time to buy a watch, then you won't buy a watch. If you bought a watch, then you obviously had time for it, and if you had the time for it, then you could have bought an additional watch. If you could have purchased another watch, then you definitely had the time to do so, which then may result in buying another watch and the cycle continues, all a repercussion of buying a single watch.
