Not sure if he is old enough to have voted in 1980, but very likely was able to vote in 1984, 13 years before KOTH debuted.

That particular grandbaby just got her driver's license. Of the 8 grandkids the youngest is 10, the oldest 23. I suspect I'll be a great grandpappy within the decade.
