Just now saw it. Damn, how did it only get 4 upvotes!?

I think there's a glitch in upvoting. Last night I started an upvote party for Ricky_out_loud. Some of my upvotes stick, but I need to go back and see which ones didn't.

Sometimes you click the button, it turns green, but the number doesn't go up. That's not unusual.

Also, if you upvote a meme on the meme page, then go back to their latest page by clicking the back button on your browser, the upvote won't show unless you refresh their latest page on your browser.

Still doesn't mean there wasn't a bug last night.

Also, you know upvote parties only give points for memes "4 weeks old" or newer right? If it shows "1 month old" upvote all you want, but it won't add points. It'll increase their upvote count on the meme itself, but still no points awarded.

No prob! Odd on the mixed results. I hope I don't have a bad rep for commenting and not upvoting. Sometimes I'm so excited to comment on a meme because a perfect one popped right into my head, that I occasionally forget to upvote the meme. When I go back through either that person's page or the latest/hottest pages I usually notice that and rectify the situation.

I just hate not upvoting memes when I intended too! :(

A good reason to make sure people reply to your comments. I did that the other night. Pithy comment on a meme, forgot to pay the upvote tax. He responded, and I realized I forgot. Upvoted, swapped comments in a civil manner, gave pointers he appreciated, moved on. I think the meme may have gotten downvoted back to submission status, but his other memes, SD campaign for a local festival, were better. I upvoted them as well.
