Actually Bloomington has part of its police force dedicated to MOA, and MOA has their own internal security team with bomb sniffing dogs and behavioral training. They are however, not allowed to use segways after Paul Blart Mall Cop came out. Sorry CC, my team has benchmarked with their team several times and I've met some of their team at industry meetings.

It is technically half of BPDs police staff during the day though :)
