Chosenness: the root of what divides us in this god of Abraham dominated society. Jews are chosen by god of Abraham directly, Christians by an extension of Abraham to Isaac to Jesus, and Muslims from Abraham to Ishmael to Muhammad. All these people, if they existed, existed within the last 3800 years!!! Human beings at least 200,000 years! No one is chosen. Humanity came before the god of Abraham was written into existence by goat herders who didn't know the earth was round or that it revolves around the sun or where the sun went at night. The knowledge humanity has painstakingly obtained, despite the church's best efforts, destroys the entire premise of the bible: 6000 year old/6 day creation, Adam and Eve, Moses, Noah's ark, chosenness, virgin birth, talking donkeys/snakes, etc.... Science has explained so many of the mysteries of humanity and yes, it has a long way to go and admits that freely, but Christianity gave up 2000 years ago. fb @sacrifice not required
