Bad idea. If workers get more money, there will be awful consequences that follow. To support the new wages, they would lay off workers to pay the others. The managers won’t take money out of there wallets, they will raise the prices of food to compensate with paying more to workers. This would cause inflation and 15 bucks would not be what 15 bucks is worth now.
