The picture looks like it's squashed. Demotivationals are set up to have the main picture uploaded. If you plan on using a standard template, first download from the blank template selection, then go to demotivational generator and upload into the frame. Same for when you do a reply meme. Here I used a template I'd downloaded. Instead of using the add image, which would squash the image, I uploaded it from a directory of other images I have.
