I just checked the link, still confused as baloney.

The originator of the photo has been known to prey on the younger crowd on this and several other sites (twitter) and has been banned from most of them. We have pushed him off of here at least 6 times. As GOC said he has been reported to his local police as a cyber predator. He deletes his username each time, as soon as GOC posts the comments about getting law involved. He comes back every so often to push the envelope.

Holy shit, Imgflip is becoming it's own universe of lore. We are now combating not just trolls, but REAL threats! Jesus.
