About sums it up. I had a job adjusting phone bills for customers that ordered a calling plan that wasn't available in their area. We'd calculate how much the difference, send rlthe adjustment form to the billing company, and call them. I felt pretty good calling folks and saying that they were getting an adjustment of anywhere from $50 to $100.
It was rare the plan didn't save money, and on those few occasions, I'd contact the customer and let them know. One guy had a better plan already.
Like calling and giving away money. Customers were happy. Made me feel good.
