IIRC, Congress passed a law about Medicare and Medicaid not being allowed to negotiate prices on prescription drugs.

I only caught a blurb of him discussing drug prices and that they be manufactured domestically. That he even made an attempt is something. The blurb, though, was not very inspiring.
