false. Ice isn't very effective against water, which is Kyurem's primary attack moves. the only moves that is super effective against slowpoke is: signal beam, hidden power grass, and hidden power electric. If the battle is 1 V 3, the slowpoke evolution family has a far superior chance of winning.
