Not every single one yes. But that's not what Trump said. He is saying all, also all chinese, all mexicans. There are also people in America who chant. Nuke mekka and piss on the qoran. Does Dubai or other middle eastern countries now make anti american laws? Israel is also european. Everyone is different. Don't judge people by their forefathers country.
