Honestly dude, I understand your opinion about theme weeks. I think it's probably similar to how I view purely political memes (not satire or the least bit humorous). Everyone's just got their thing.

I've seen comments of yours in that vain get several upvotes, so I think it's only fair to the part of the community that would like theme-free weeks to let you sign up for two weeks as N/A. Letting you pick those weeks since from what I've seen, you're the most outspoken about it. Most of April through December is free, so pick away.

"Security guard" is a joke. It goes to the company who bid the lowest by paying their employees the least. That model just means you're going to get the bottom of the barrel to even apply. I did non-guard work for one of those companies, and work in the same department in my current company that employees them. The ones who work directly for us (actual employees) are good (pay and incentives are better), the ones we contract through the security company are a complete joke.

On one hand at least it was stupidity and not a national security mix up, on the other, that could be a scary situation if the wrong citizen though you were terrorist.
