I never got a chance to.meet Rodney when I was doing stand-up, but we corresponded a few times as I was transitioning overr to writing instead of performing. We lost a very talented, and humane, man when he passed.

just curious is there any film of your stand-up floating around?

No. The cable channel taped over the one unaired recording. Local cable, early 80s. Didnt like that so many comics relied on thecseben dirty words you can't say on TV.

Still a little controversy over the use of profanity. Few people can actually pull it off. The cable boys didn't like that so many of the comics on the bill relied heavily on profanity. Notice in my memes I usually circumvent that. I found, in comedy, euphemisms are funnier.
