I'm thinking about the story of the 12 year old girl who hung herself on Facebook live stream. Her mother and her mother's boyfriend abused her horribly and her online boyfriend told her to go hang herself because she was nothing but a w**re. Twelve years old and she was already a r@pe victim and was terribly abused by everyone around her.

I have a strong feeling that someday, there will be more "significant" penalties for those who commit such despicable acts as the ones you mentioned there, and the common people will be all for it!
