Too much focus on points, not enough on content.
Dissing Raydog. He's good, but because he always projects a positive attitude, he has a large following. He's helpful and easy to talk to. Attitude has a big factor. Basically, don't worry about what Raydog does: concentrate on what you do.
Personally, I like him being on the top spot.
