This user is violating two aspects of the TOS. The intent of the account seems to be solely to harass another user, CourierCommenter, and they are spamming CourierCommenter's memes with irrelevant replies.

What is imgflip's stance on accounts made with the intent to harass a specific user? I am aware of at least one other account of this nature and if actions will be taken that provide a positive outcome for the community I will provide that name as well. Please reply to the email above.

No. THey did not. Yes, I did check spam.

As you can see I asked for a reply. The feedback form says if you'd like a reply leave your email, which I did. Considering I have a pro account (which shows when you submit a feedback form on their end) I hope to get a reply back.
