something's always just seemed off and wrong about it, and I've never been able to put my finger on it, and it's never been resolved. Everything else that irks me I know why, but with sponge bob... I don't know. the colors, the laugh, the humor... maybe it seems like a nightmare "the little mermaid" ? I have no idea. Usually I just get called a hater but when it comes to the sponge bob franchise I have no idea. And I've talked to others that feel the same way, they just don't know.
But then I find adults who love it and can quote the whole thing but can't tell me why... and that almost makes it even more upsetting. :( something about it just seems off like it has a dark secret or meaning and it's staring at me in the face every day. :(
