So much wrong here, and the sad thing is, not only do you believe it, but several people will stupidly believe you, and people still believe this when the media reports it, then bitches about "fake news"... Well you're wrong. There is no "gun show loophole." This is such old propaganda now...

I don't know where to start when something is completely made up. FFL's have to do their paperwork in every state no matter what for applicable firearms. Private sales in states where the laws changed have to do the paperwork now for firearms where the laws changed for. I don't know why a gun would be sold to a shady dealer, wtfever that is. I don't know why a shady dealer would sell a gun out of the trunk of a car, which makes no sense.

Since the punctuation is off in several places, I think you copy/pasted it from somewhere and then truncated some parts because it leaves several things out like strawman purchases and internet gun sales (lol). I guess you left those parts out because they didn't sound cool to you or something? Don't be an idiot and try to think for yourself. None of this is even remotely how it works.
