DISSOLVE 2 T INSTANT COFFEE IN 1/2 CUP BOILING WATER
IN A BLENDER WHIR 3 EGGS & 1 CAN EAGLE BRAND SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK.
OPEN TOP OF BLENDER AND ADD IN THIS ORDER WHILE SLOWLY BLENDING:
1) THE COFFEE MIX
2) 1 1/2 T VANILLA EXTRACT (I USE 2+ TABLESPOONS)
3) 1 1/2 T CHOCOLATE SAUCE (I USE 2 T+ HERSHEYS CHOCOLATE FLAVOR SYRUP)
4) 1 CUP HALF & HALF (I USE THICK WHIPPING CREAM) &
5) 1 CUP REAL IRISH WHISKEY OR MORE (DON'T SUBSTITUTE ANOTHER WHISKEY HERE)
SOME PEOPLE HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO ADD MORE IRISH WHISKEY. STORE IN THE REFRIGERATOR UP TO 3 WEEKS. SERVE ON THE ROCKS OR NOT.
