What does Detroit have to do with it. The poisoned water was in Flint. It came about because the city manager appointed by Governor Snyder made the decision to use toxic water from a locàl river to "save money" it will now cost millions (billions) more to not only fix the problem, but also to take care of the victims of this debacle. Had Flint continued buying water from Detroit, the problem would never have occurred.
