Climates change always have and always will. Seems more logical that its a blanket term used to fine companies on immeasurable carbon emissions. Tell people what they can drive and own the companies that sells them. Implement the use of emission controlling devices and own the companies that sell them. Then fine people amd companies that dont comply. Sounds like an amazing scam. But your theory is cute
