I thought it was around 10K points, but obviously no, do it may be only 5K. Getting points is easy. Generate comments with great memes, and reply to those comments. Make good or humorous replies to other memes so people "discover" you. Build yourself into the Social Network.

I have almost 20k, I have 2 submissions a day.

It may also involve number of submissions in a given period of time. Those that do a lot of submissions and comments seem to get the three submissions a day. While I had a previous accout that I deleted, this account is a good example. It's barely over a month old, but I have a good number of submissions and comments, so I got the three submissions a day. Even leaderboard flippers aren't sure what does it doesn't do it.
