Why do I have to wait 154 seconds between comments?

True! Why do we have to wait when it's on our meme?!

That's truly the great mystery of imgflip: what is the rhyme-and-reason delay for comments? Sometimes I get a 93-second delay on my second comment of the day, sometimes I can comment 20 times in quick succession and not get a delay.
