Awesome. Dude is a real creeper. Hopefully, they'll subpoena records from imgflip regarding his accounts and look at his postings. I would think they are required to keep these records in backups for some time before deleting completely. I don't even know what state imgflip is out of tho.

They are out of California if you read the Terms of Service. I actually just sent a request that delete and/or flag all of the Jeffrey templates.

Not sure if this is a copy cat or actually Jeffrey again. Doesn't matter though, if they harass users I bet PD or SO will to make contact with him and request/verify IP information from imgflip. If it's just a copy cat I'm sure law enforcement will be happy to forward the IP and relevant information to the authorities in the copy cat's jurisdiction.

Thing is he isn't completely stupid. He doesn't cross obvious boundaries but does appear to favor the younger members. I don't know that he's actually doing anything illegal and may just kick it back to imgflip and tell them to deal with the account. He's bordering sending sexually suggestive and provocative pics to minors, or at least people he assumes are minors. It's inappropriate but not necessarily criminal and I'm afraid there won't be much the PD will do.

I don't think the boys in blue in rural Wisconsin will be too happy with his actions. Actually having pictures, a verified address and a name/alias give them plenty to play with.
