Once again you jump to conclusions buddy. On the history front, Kuwait was 1990 and Desert Shield left Saddam in power. He was useful. We didn't worry about a few thousands Kurds etc. But after 911 we needed a fall guy. So the whole WMD debacle, no follow up plan, 100s of thousands killed or displaced, riser of ISIS etc etc.
