honestly if I was him, I would declare the US government bankrupt and let the idiots find out how important social problems are when you are fighting just to survive... say like 50% of Americans that are in poverty.

A country declaring bankruptcy can REALLY f**k it up. That's why countries defaulting on their debts will do just about anything to restructure their loans.
