Really women wanted equal footing in the house (first wave), then they wanted the independence men had as boys (second wave), now they want to exploit the boyish mentality and faith claiming it is the only way for them to have Independence and justify it as nature requires them to exploit people that act like boys with a dash of women are smarter (third wave).
If she is not letting you spin a ship as a boy, and she isn't letting you spin her instead; deep down she is a horrible person that thinks she is smarter than you which she believes justifies her bad treatment of you.
