Success kid lives in every country and speaks in every language

I never saw it on the TOS. I always saw it on the Submission Guidelines and always forgot to check it after I saw this post. Finally remembered to look. The Submission Guidelines still say English only.

I see them get through occasionally but they seem to usually have the title or a word or two in English. I like to comment on those using google translate, but I think something gets lost in translation, no replies (yet). I tried a making a couple with 100% foreign language for fun and to see what would happen, they never made it past submission. Even on popular templates!? How the hell did others make it through that are 100% other languages!? They do tend to be shorter.
