So what if it goes to top of latest

Now that memes feature every 15 minutes, it's not as important to time memes. But when during the day? I've had luck before submitting at times when I thought I wouldn't get many views. Late at night sometimes works! Mornings and during the day is tricky, users are submitting but not many comments.

The owner is in California hence timezone is based on PST regarding when the day rolls over, eg number of submissions. But there are users from all over but mainly Americans. I am Canadian BTW...

Maybe that's why the humor is a lot different. One site I used to visit was mainly european and hated America lol

I've always been told to get your submissions in early in the day cuz the mods can get back logged later on and i takes forever for it to feature. But i'm not sure if any user knows all the answers to the mysteries of imgflip. Lol
