This is Mary; When Mary is in a supermarket, she:; - doesn't stand in the middle of an isle chatting. She knows, there are coffee shops for that;; - gets her nose out of her mobile phone or ends a phone call when it is her turn to go through the checkout;; - doesn't complain about the weather or state the obvious ("It's busy, isn't it?" or "It's freezing outside!"). She knows that the cashier has eyes and that he/she knows that it's cold/warm/raining and can't really do anything to change the weather conditions for her to feel better. - knows how to be polite and use 'Hello!', 'Thank you!', and 'Bye!'; Be more like Mary :)
