Just think about it. Take Barbara Streisand for instance. She has lived her entire life in a bubble, completely isolated from the "real life" the rest of us live. Her profession is to play make-believe in movies, on the stage and in song. Tell me again why her political views of any value to "real" people?

And the politician need to do what's right for us, not them. We need to limit the terms in congress etc. and they get paid too much too.

I agree. They need to be limited. And they need to stick to doing the job WE want them to do and not what special interests want them to make us do.

It would work because they would have an age limit like the president(35).

And you'd have to pass a drug test and be able to hold security clearances for certain offices. Probably couldn't be a felon. Etc.
