Will his supporters call him out? Or change their expectations to suit his narrative?

Doin a bit of back peddling already this early in the game.

There's gonna be A LOT of back peddling....but will his supporters just "go with it" or hold him accountable of lying to them?

It's gonna be a friggin soap opera with visits to the courthouses between diplomatic duties, course he's gonna try and get out of all of those.

So watching all the picks and its lookin pretty white. Not just in skin but also in beliefs. He just settled $25 million for Trump U, admitting no wrong. BUY OUT! But he did nothing wrong. I fear for race relations, and global relations in the US and it has started migrating here to the recent hate crimes commited here in polite Canada.

Yep. But his base approves. They will change their views as he charges his actions from his promises. The followers will not criticize him. I was fairly critical of Obama on a number of issues. He was basically a 1980's Republican . Not a true progressive Democrat. He did pretty well considering 8years of a do nothing blockade Congress but not as well as he could have. He was/is too polite.
