It might be worth remaking the meme and submitting it again.

The submission times that seem to work best for me are just before the hour (00:54 or 00:55). That way, they seem to come out closer to the top of Latest - which means it's more likely that people will see it. Also, putting a title on it with a pun/joke about the topic of the meme doesn't hurt (if you can think of one).

I think the just before the hour would work no matter what time zone you're in (unless there's a time zone with a half hour split I don't know about?), but yeah, I use EST as a reference since I assume most users on imgflip are in that time zone. I could be very wrong about that. But my memes seem to do better as a general rule when I submit them either mornings or early afternoon EST, if that helps. Not 100% guarantee, obviously. :)
