I just noticed that it is not a good idea to invent memes and stack them in your image list.
When you submit them and they get featured, nobody will ever see them, because they don't appear on top of the "latest" list.
It would be a better idea to sort the "latest" list by feature time.
Here we have the real cause of small view counts and few upvotes. And all that because you can only post 2 memes per day.
