I made this meme because I just dropped an insanely hard physics class in college, and wasted $150 on a custom made textbook.

Some professors seem to be running a side business, selling photocopies of books instead of using one from the book store. If it's a text book you can look for a used one.

It's very clever...They usually wrap the books so you don't look into the book before buying it.
