Listen, I don't hate Minecraft: Story Mode! I don't. It just seems like a kind of cheap trick that Mojang and Telltale Games pulled out of the box before selling MC to Microsoft. I mean, I bought the season pass and got to play the first five episodes before they made another three and said I have to buy that separately. And I didn't. But, it did kind of seem like a sequel at first.
