That with a few exceptions, the grammar Nazi wannabes are actually kids that haven't even graduated from high school yet, and they are correcting others on the proper use of English on a site that is meant to have errors and omissions.

Point well made, and I entirely understand what you mean. I run into them all too often. Also, I mainly do the Grammar Nazi memes simply because I've just always felt the need to have good grammar, one of the things that makes me, well, me. As for a site meant to have errors and omissions, I don't believe I know what you speak of, as I've always seen pretty impeccable grammar, (not including punctuation) on this site. (I suppose that just makes it good spelling without punctuation.)

I would like to see people use good grammar and punctuation as well, but, when we are doing spur of the moment meme comments, that may not always be possible, especially when we are typing on tiny keyboards on phones. That is when errors and omissions occur. Those errors sometimes are what makes the thread that much funnier. Correction isn't always necessary.
