Not all that well lately. Good news is I haven't had a surgery in a few months now, but I'm up to 22 so far this year lol.

How've you been? I'm surprised you aren't bitchin' about insufficient submission allowances with the election full swing and the idiots participating? You've gotta have material for months at this point lol.

Hopefully you won't need anymore surgery. My friend that has Krohns says that wheat/grains are his enemy. Almost like Celiac. He has no problem destroying the room when hanging with the guys (I feel special...lol), but avoids those foods when he has a date. Has your doctor restricted your diet?
